1. Exchange

Due to the perishable and food-safe nature of our marinated mushrooms, we do not offer exchanges.

This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of freshness, safety, and product integrity for all our customers.

 

2. Returns

As all our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

We recommend reviewing product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions before ordering, our team is happy to help.

 

3. Refunds

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Please note:

•  Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

•  Allow up to 7 business days for processing.

•  Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the mistake was on our end.

 

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before shipment.

If your order has already been packed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

•  Any perishable food items

•  Gift cards (if offered)
